前些日子在YouTube的Costco 好市多頻道,看到一則Costco Connection 創意料理 香烤馬鈴薯的教學影片,做法看似容易食材亦相對簡單。週日一早醒來,正愁不知要吃什麼早餐,突然想到這道簡單的料理,反正迷迭香陽台有種、馬鈴薯冰箱本來就有庫存,選日不如撞日,那就來為家人試做這道香烤馬鈴薯作為早餐的主食吧!

香烤馬鈴薯的準備材料:好事多賣的小馬鈴薯、新鮮迷迭香、蒜頭、黑胡椒、鹽巴及橄欖油

馬鈴薯洗淨後,每顆切成八等分,大小適中好煮快熟又易烤

水煮滾後先加入少許鹽巴,而後置入切好的馬鈴薯,待水再次煮滾後即可將馬鈴薯撈出

先於烤盤中淋入少許橄欖油,而後置入馬鈴薯、蒜頭,撒上鹽巴及黑胡椒,排上新鮮迷迭香,最後在淋上少許橄欖油

放入烤箱180度烤20分鐘(烤箱事先180度預溫)
經實際試做結果,可能每台烤箱大小及實際狀況不一,若要待金黃上色20分鐘可能不夠,可自行斟酌加減時間

原本以為三個人烤八顆會不會太多,結果開動後不需多久時間即一掃而空,小兒給我90分的評語,還蠻不賴哦!
