家裡找不到免洗筷,故以竹筷取代,事後會發現這項決定是錯的。竹筷前尖後粗,後段蠻不易插入馬鈴薯,尤其是切成螺旋狀後亦不易向後拉開,且竹筷的長度會致使馬鈴薯油炸時,某些部份可能無法順利炸到,所以還是建議以免洗筷來串較恰當。
